Shipping Policy

At Skull Caps, we work hard to ensure your order is delivered as quickly and smoothly as possible. This Shipping Policy outlines our processing times, delivery expectations, and your responsibilities as a customer.

1. Order Processing & Dispatch

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1– 4 working days from the time of purchase. You will receive a confirmation email when your order has been shipped, including tracking information where applicable.

2. Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us at hello@skullcaps.co.uk within 2 hours of placing your order and include your order number and associated email. After this window, we cannot guarantee cancellation as your order may already be in progress or dispatched.

3. Delivery Timeframes

We aim for all orders to arrive within 7 working days from the date of dispatch. However, please allow up to 10 working days for delivery, especially during peak periods, sales, or unforeseen courier delays.

If your order has not arrived after 10 working days, please contact us at hello@skullcaps.co.uk with your order number so we can investigate and assist you.

4. Shipping Locations

We currently only ship within the United Kingdom. We’re working on expanding to international customers in the near future—stay tuned!

5. Shipping Carriers

We use trusted third-party couriers for all deliveries. While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, once an order is handed to the courier, delays due to postal service disruptions, weather, or other external factors are outside of our control.

6. Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping information is complete and accurate at checkout. Skull Caps is not liable for delays or non-delivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses. If your order is returned to us due to address errors, a re-shipping fee may apply.

7. Tracking Notifications

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. If you don’t see it in your inbox, please check your spam or junk folder. Tracking emails will come from hello@skullcaps.co.uk.

 

8. Shipping Delays

While most orders arrive on time, some may experience unexpected delays. By placing an order, you acknowledge that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We appreciate your patience and understanding in such cases.
