How long will my order take? Please allow around 7 days for your Skull Cap to be delivered. If you haven’t received your order within 10 days, feel free to reach out to us. Be sure to include your order number so we can assist you as quickly as possible.

Can I track my order? Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number sent directly to your inbox. Be sure to check your junk or spam folder if you don’t see it — the email will come from hello@skullcaps.co.uk. This tracking link will keep you updated every step of the way.

Can I return my order? Of course, if you are not satisfied with your order or you have an issue with the product, please fill out the form above and we will send you a pre-paid shipping label - please be sure to include your order number.

Can I cancel/change my order? Yes, but this must be done within an hour of your purchase, as the order may be fulfilled. Please include your order number and email address associated with the order.
