Refund Policy

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns of unused and unworn items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in original condition and packaging. Returns outside of this window will not be eligible for a refund.

2. How to Start a Return


To begin your return, please visit our contact us page. Once your request is approved, you’ll receive an email with a prepaid return shipping label and step-by-step instructions.

3. Processing Your Return


Returns are typically processed within 7 business days after we receive your item. You’ll be notified by email once your return has been inspected and accepted.

Once approved, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method. Please note: it may take 2–5 business days for the refunded amount to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer.

 

4. Faulty or Damaged Items


If your order arrives defective or damaged, we’ll make it right. Please contact us at hello@skullcaps.co.uk and include a description of the issue along with clear photos to speed up the process. Let us know if you’d prefer a replacement or a refund.
